Cancellation Policy

Training class cancellations are accepted until the last business day preceding the beginning of the class. “No Shows” are billed at the full rate of the class. You may substitute class participants at any time.

Note: Please wait for cancellation of class enrollment 2 weeks before start date before making any travel arrangements. If we have LESS than 3 people signed up for any class 2 weeks prior to class start, we reserve the right to cancel.
