COMMANDquote is a job/quote management, tracking and estimating solution that seamlessly integrates into our COMMANDseries dispatching applications. The quote module serves as the initial point of entry into your business processes.

The foundation of the quote system is the job for which one or many quotations can be easily created, tracked, managed and printed. Quotes can be easily converted to orders and projects by declaration or by the dispatcher. The software also forecasts materials sales by jobs and projects. Salespersons, sales managers and executives are target end users of this module.

The application also utilizes Microsoft Word to capture the quotes in electronic form for emailing, printing and archiving. COMMANDanalysis is included with the module, which utilizes the pivot tables within Microsoft Excel for forecasting and backlog reporting.
